Overview

ClipMind is developed by WingQing. We believe privacy is a fundamental right. This app is designed with these core principles: Data stays on deviceAI runs locallyZero tracking

1. Data Collection

ClipMind does not collect any user data. We do not send any of your personal information to our servers because we do not have any servers.

• No personal identification information collected
• No device identifiers collected
• No usage or analytics data collected
• No location information collected

2. Data Storage

All clipboard content is stored exclusively on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data is encrypted and transmitted via Apple's CloudKit framework to your private iCloud storage. WingQing cannot access this data.

3. Local AI Processing

All AI features in ClipMind (content recognition, semantic search, auto-tagging) run on your device using Apple's NaturalLanguage and CoreML frameworks. No external AI APIs are called. No data is uploaded to the cloud for inference.

4. Encryption

Sensitive content (such as password types) is automatically encrypted with AES-256. The encryption key is stored in the iOS system-level Keychain, accessible only by ClipMind.

5. Third-Party Services

ClipMind does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel), advertising SDKs, or data collection tools. There are no ads or tracking pixels in the app.

6. Permissions

• Clipboard access: Only read when you actively use the app, to save clipboard history
• Face ID / Touch ID: Used solely to protect encrypted sensitive content
• iCloud: Used only when you enable sync, for cross-device data synchronization
• Photo Library (read-only): Accessed only when you choose to save images

7. Children's Privacy

ClipMind is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Data Deletion

Uninstalling ClipMind deletes all local data. iCloud data can be managed in system Settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and modify the "Last updated" date.
